Federico Chiesa addressed his future during the festivities following Wednesday’s Coppa Italia victory in his remarks to Mediaset.

“Winning the cup and qualifying for the Champions League were our goals. I’ve talked about the renewal with the director. We’ll do it again at the end of the season. We’ll sit down with calm, relay our projects, and hash thighs out.”

While the situation is far from resolved, Chiesa voiced his preference for the future.

“I’d like to stay in this great club and want to bring Juventus back where they deserve. We took home the Coppa Italia. I’m happy for the fans after difficult months as the Scudetto slipped away. We’ll try to exact revenge.”

Chiesa was also quizzed about Massimiliano Allegri, who put on a show in the final minutes of the game, which some interpreted as his swan song.

“It’s up to the management to make those evaluations. Our assessment is that we reached our objectives. We’re disappointed that we lost ground in Serie A too soon. We were determined today, and it showed.”

Chiesa lifted his second trophy since moving to the Bianconeri.

“I had won the first Coppa Italia at the Mapei Stadium during the pandemic. Today’s atmosphere was beautiful, and so is playing for Juventus. It was great to see the Curva so packed. It’s a memory I’ll always carry with me.”

Chiesa is poised for a major role with Italy in the Euro.

“I just have to wait for coach Luciano Spalletti, but I’m available.”
